http://blognomic.com/archive/back_to_the_basics_again/ - Introduced Points, one major mechanic used throughout the whole dynasty, and awarded and revoked them based on the success of proposals. (The rule was a near-copy of one of BlogNomic's first rules.)
http://blognomic.com/archive/theme_proposal_points/ - A theme suggestion by arthexis, which captured many other player's thoughts on the way the dynasty should go. It ended up going along much the same lines that are set out in the post.
http://blognomic.com/archive/smashing_other_nomics_rulesets_to_pieces/ - A second major mechanic of the dynasty, which allowed rules to be stolen at random from other nomics. This rule eventually ended up indirectly providing many of the dynasty's subthemes.

http://blognomic.com/archive/theft_a_non_so_paranoid_rule/ - the first successful rule theft, which was from Paranomic XP. Mostly did nothing that wasn't obvious anyway, but the title of the new rule - "Rule Changes are Secured (Blue)" - became relevant later.

http://blognomic.com/archive/team_rules/ - Allowed teams to own rules; Team Blue got the rule originally stolen from Paranomic XP, most other rules became colourless, and teams owned rules created by their own players by default from then on. Team members could veto changes to their team's rules.
http://blognomic.com/archive/speak_for_england_jeffsheets/ - Redefines a Speaker of a dynasty to someone with the job of updating its dynastic history. (And I, ais523, am busy speakering this dynasty right now months later, in honour of the rule.)

http://blognomic.com/archive/preventing_infinite_point_scams/ - A tight limit on the number of points that can be gained in a day. Although uncontroversial at first, many players thought the limit was too low, spawning a rather unfortunate running argument:
- http://blognomic.com/archive/maximum_effect/ - A proposal to stop players copying Excalabur's spammy scam (explained later), by giving everyone else the award they would get if they did the spammy scam, without actually having to spam. Although it was easily passing, some players CoVed on the proposal to slow down the queue and prevent it passing before Greater than Maximum Effect, at which point it started technically failing and arthexis failed it.
- http://blognomic.com/archive/greater_than_maximum_effecttrivial/ - An almost unanimous proposal to increase the points limit, which is unexpectedly vetoed by arthexis;
- http://blognomic.com/archive/telling_arthexis_to_shove_a_brick_up_his_nose_trivial/ - A second attempt to increase the points limit, designed in such a way that it couldn't be vetoed by arthexis (although arthexis tried to veto it anyway). A rider fining arthexis for previous behaviour passed at the same time.
- http://blognomic.com/archive/building_a_better_halfbrick/ - Another attempt to disable the speed limit rule, which also passed but was redundant.
- http://blognomic.com/archive/third_strike_trivial/ - The creation of a new rule barring arthexis from vetoing proposals, for any reason. The rule actually outlasted the metadynasty itself and persisted into the next one, although nothing would have made it possible for arthexis to veto proposals in that dynasty anyway.

http://blognomic.com/archive/why_we_hate_team_indigo/ - Introduced Team Politics, mechanics whereby teams were Friendly, Neutral, or Unfriendly to each other. This was a major part of the eventual victory.

http://blognomic.com/archive/friendly_acquisition/ - Another way for players to be shuffled around between teams.

- http://blognomic.com/archive/team_swap_frenzy/ - ...and the DoV. There was some controversy around the timing of events, but it turned out not to matter.

5 Ascension

Towards the end of the dynasty, players started migrating to the Yellow and Orange teams. Eventually, Bucky was able to kidnap the last player (Qwazukee) who wasn't on either team and win.
